The session aims to explore what role the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) will play in Africa’s economic recovery post-COVID.
By bringing together leading African policymakers, experts, and business leaders in these sectors, the session aims to explore the policy options that are key during this economic recovery post-COVID that will enable such leapfrogging – spanning areas such as continental energy, infrastructure, and investment policies and stimulus that allows all African countries to thrive in rebuilding a sustainable economy.
The 2020 Africa Summit All-Virtual New Venture Pitch Competition will offer a unique platform to translate the visions of active entrepreneurs into meaningful relationships, investments, and action on behalf of the African continent. Entrepreneurs present to a group of expert investors and change-makers, who can provide the tools and resources to help them gain exposure and achieve their goals.
